How do I choose the right rug size for my room?
As a general rule, ensure the rug is large enough to fit at least the front legs of your furniture. For living rooms, an 8x10 or 9x12 rug is standard, while dining rooms require a rug that extends 24-36 inches beyond the table edges.
What is your return policy if the rug doesn't match my decor?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with the color or texture, you can return the rug in its original condition for a full refund, minus a small restocking fee.
How do I clean and maintain my new rug?
Vacuum regularly without a beater bar to prevent fiber shedding. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, white cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended every 12-18 months for high-traffic areas.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Most rugs are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Why does my rug have a slight odor or creases after unpacking?
New rugs may have a 'new carpet' smell or creases from being rolled tightly. This is normal and will typically dissipate within a week. To speed up the process, keep the room well-ventilated and reverse-roll the rug.
Are your rugs safe for heated floors?
Most of our synthetic and natural fiber rugs are safe for radiant heat floors. However, we recommend using a high-quality, heat-resistant rug pad to ensure proper air circulation and protect both the rug and your flooring.
