Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Rug
Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in the original protective plastic or a heavy-duty equivalent to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and secure it firmly to the outside of the packaging.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand off the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
